DEVELOP HEALTHY EATING HABITS. 

With food, fresh is the best and quality is better than quantity. Do not eat too much or too soon.

Moderation is important, but do not deprive yourself. It’s okay to do a little treat every time, but an important aspect of self-care is to make conscious choices. your food and the nutrients it brings to your body.

GO OUTSIDE MORE OFTEN.

Fresh air is a beautifier. Forest bath, sun bath, feel the air in your hair. These simple activities are easy to grant, but they are a real complement to your consciousness + will bring a natural glow to your face.

Enjoy sleeping in a well-ventilated room.

Your body and your mind need rest to regenerate and recover from the day’s work. Your whole system is suffering without adequate sleep.

They don’t call it beauty rest at all! If you live in a city with lots of cars and pollution, consider getting an air filter for your bedroom.

Although they are not free, they work wonders to filter out microscopic particles of pollen, mold, contamination, etc.

A few months later, I placed an air purifier in my bedroom and noticed a significant improvement in my allergies. White sounds also help with street noise. Houseplants are also a great way to increase the level of clean oxygen in your home.

MINDFULLY MAINTAIN YOUR OVERALL HEALTH

Acknowledge yourself and your emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. How can you incorporate more self-care into your daily routine? Take extra time to do something special for yourself. Self-care is a valuable tool! The real beauty comes from within. Glowing eyes, bright skin, vitality and confidence are attractive.

DON’T LET YOUR SKIN GET TOO DRY.  

Dry skin is not radiant and it does not look or feel healthy. Dry skin deepens wrinkles and gives a dull, dull look. Moisturized skin is relatively bright and healthy.
